🔹 Project Overview

Purium, a global leader in organic superfoods and wellness solutions, partnered with iEcho Arts to produce their flagship event, the Renew 2025 National Convention. Hosted at the JW Marriott in Anaheim, California, this multi-day experience welcomed over 600 in-person attendees and hundreds more via paid virtual livestream. The goal was to deliver an inspiring and seamless hybrid production that embodied the company’s mission of transformation, leadership, and longevity.

🔹 Execution & Planning

iEcho Arts was entrusted with complete end-to-end production, including staging, lighting, sound engineering, camera direction, and virtual broadcast. Our expert AV team managed all technical logistics — from pre-production planning and equipment load-in to live switching and instant-stream replay.

Staffing included:

1 Stage Technical Director
1 Audio Engineer
1 Lighting Operator
2 Camera Operators / Live Broadcast Technicians
1 Executive Producer overseeing all production elements

The full 3-day production included:

Load-in and setup on Wednesday
Technical rehearsal on Thursday
Live show production Friday–Sunday (AM/PM sessions)
Saturday evening Gala Dinner + DJ services
Full tear-down and load-out post-event

Full-scale AV Production (Audio, Lighting, Projection, Stage Management)
Multicam live broadcast with switching and lower thirds
Simulcast livestream to a secure, private viewing platform
Instant replay access after each session for virtual guests
Two branded social media highlight reels (Corporate & Distributor editions)
On-site DJ services for Gala event
Technical coordination with hotel AV and event staff

🔹 Challenges & Innovation

Due to the hybrid nature of the event, it was essential to deliver flawless in-room AV while simultaneously executing a high-quality livestream experience for paid virtual ticket holders. iEcho Arts engineered a dual-system output strategy to eliminate latency, ensure crisp audio/visual delivery, and accommodate immediate on-demand playback without post-production delays.

The use of secure, ticket-gated livestream access created an added layer of value for attendees and increased ticket sales across both in-person and virtual options.

The Renew 2025 Convention was met with overwhelming praise from Purium corporate leaders, top distributors, and attendees alike. The event amplified brand momentum, supported new product launches, and cultivated community among team members and affiliates across North America.
