🔹 Project Overview
Ask THEO Retreat is a spiritually centered, transformational experience hosted by the globally recognized THEO Group. For the September 2025 retreat, iEcho Arts was selected as the exclusive media and AV production partner for a 7-day luxury event at the Grand Hyatt Resort & Spa on the island of Kaua‘i, Hawai‘i. With a highly engaged and intimate guest list of 40 attendees, the experience called for world-class execution, sensitivity to spiritual and cultural traditions, and complete creative discretion.
🔹 Execution & Planning
From concept to execution, iEcho Arts delivered a comprehensive AV and content capture solution, tailored to the unique needs of the Ask THEO team. The production scope included full audio, visual, stage design, lighting, floral aesthetics, and discreet technician zones, all designed to enhance the intimacy of the experience while maintaining the integrity of a high-level professional production.
Scope of Services Included:
Procurement and setup of full audio and stage lighting system
Three-channel microphone audio system for clean, isolated voice capture
Multicam filming with live switch + backup independent raw camera feeds
Technical director station concealed with draping and aesthetic integration
Decorative floral design to seamlessly camouflage tripods and gear
Cinematic documentation in both 16:9 and 9:16 formats for social media
On-location “run and gun” lifestyle photography and videography
Off-site documentation of group excursion to the Kaua‘i Hindu Monastery, including rare private puja ceremony inside the sacred Iraivan Temple
Although this retreat did not include a virtual livestream component, the full infrastructure for future hybrid event integration was successfully implemented and tested for scalability.
🔹 Cultural & Technical Sensitivity
The production was held in sacred locations and included deep cultural elements such as Hula, Pule, Hawaiian ʻŌlelo (language), and a traditional ʻAwa Ceremony. iEcho Arts worked in close collaboration with local Hawaiian cultural practitioners to honor protocols, document respectfully, and operate with cultural humility.
The Executive Producer and Technical Director ensured seamless behind-the-scenes adjustments throughout, maintaining the sacred energy of the event while delivering flawless production execution.

All edited materials delivered via Google Drive cloud transfer
